I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this physical therapy center to warn others about their deceptive practices. Despite confirming with the front desk staff, Sylvia, on MULTIPLE occasions that they accepted my insurance, I was shocked to discover after my appointment that I was not covered under their network.This was not a simple misunderstanding; I made it clear from the beginning that insurance acceptance was a critical factor in my decision-making process. She even took my insurance card from me in person and ran it, days before my appointment, again confirming they took my insurance.
