Heidi is simply the best. She is kind, gentle, reliable, and an extremely talented groomer. I have brought my now 16 yr old bichon frise to her for many years after searching SLC to find someone who knew how to do bichons right...Heidi is that person! My bichon always looks fabulous and happy after his cut and groom with Heidi, and comes away adorned with an adorable scarf or carnation. (And her price is so reasonable esp for such outstanding service). I trust Heidi completely with my little guy, she has treated us like family:)...I/we already miss her as she is planning to leave SLC..and I highly recommend her to future lucky clients. My two doggies had a great time with Heidi! I am so glad we found a groomer so close to us with the skills Heidi has. We are very picky when it comes to our doggies, and I was filled with anxiety when I had to find a new groomer. I called over 10 places, and finally settled on Heidi after I saw her reviews and photos. Our doggies came out looking adorable, but most importantly they left Heidi's calm and happy. We are very happy!

Beyond being a talented & professional groomer, Heidi has become a friend to our dog. Our little one genuinely get so happy to go to Heidi’s Groom Room and feels like a million bucks when she comes out! ?
