100% recommend! We had our 1970s windows replaced in November 2022 and we couldn't be happier! Mike came out and spent time explaining important details, answering questions, and even gave us some priceless advice around some windows where we plan to remodel some day. The windows in the bid were identical to what O'Brien's bid us, but for less than half the cost! Steve and his helper (can't remember his name) had all of our windows done in about 4 hours. We have absolutely loved them.

I needed some window lifts and came to glass I. They were a specialty size, and they were 10 days out. I didn’t want to wait, so I ordered on Amazon. The lifts came in and although they were the “correct size”, still didn’t fit. I ended up losing about 40.00 because I had to pay return shipping. I came back to glassco and ordered the same units from them. They arrived in 6 days, cost less, and for like a dream. I should’ve gone here first, and will in the future. There’s not much that beats an old school brick and mortar with people who know their stuff.

I've used The Glass Company twice now for pane replacement - once for a frosted bathroom window, and once for a tempered glass pane. They are friendly, helpful, and reasonable priced. I plan to return. Highly recommended.
