F45 is the only reason I've been able to consistently exercise. Fitness is something I want but figuring out how to achieve it and keep it fresh is quite boring to me, so the traditional gym is no longer for me. I don't have to use any mental bandwidth at F45, I save that for my true interests. I just show up.
Are there better methods to achieving fitness? Maybe, but I don't care and don't have to think about it because I'm getting fit and still having fun doing it over a year in.
I enjoy these classes because there is really no time to think - it’s a good escape. Everything is so fast paced so even if you hate a certain part of any class, it’s over pretty soon.And I’ve definitely gotten stronger because shoveling snow the other day didn’t make me sore!The gym smells a little like gas when you first walk in, but your nose adapts quickly.Ask the coaches about your form, they are all helpful and nice. They don’t want you getting hurt.
