“Where to begin, I called asking if they could adjust TWO pairs of designer glasses that I didn’t even buy from them out of desperation (my normal eye dr wasn’t comfortable, and a repair shop denied even trying to help) and Leslie said without hesitation that she would help. I went in near closing time because of traffic, and she adjusted them happily. I was so impressed with her and the entire staff for helping me TWICE with frames that I didn’t even buy from them that I ended up buying my dream sunglasses from them, and will return for all new glasses from now on! Incredible products to match incredible customer service. 10/10 recommend!“
“I stopped by The Spectacle on a whim today. I broke my glasses about a week ago- scheduled an appointment with another outfitter who promised same-day glasses but then told me it would be two weeks when checking out! I have a mild prescription, but I work 50-60 hrs a week and really wanted glasses ASAP.Travis was extremely helpful and happened to have the lens I needed in stock. I came away with a pair of Oliver peoples glasses which feel/look amazing! Definitely recommend this place“
