Justin was communicating with me from the time he was driving to my home to the time he left my home with the job complete. I appreciate that. He was able to ID the problem and fix the furnace in a reasonable amount of time and for the right price. I’ve worked worked with many people from Expert and I’ve enjoyed all of them.
Matt C from Canada was great! In and out super fast and it couldn't have been more smooth. I wish pricing was a bit better as what I needed done wasn't overly complicated IMO, but the problem does appear to be fixed. Googling around seems like I was charged at the very high end but still within "normal" range (450 to 700). ** Update 8/29/24: did some more digging and while still in the upper half of pricing, my pipes are actually thicker than the pricing I had seen for slightly smaller pipes, therefore I'd say their pricing is in line with industry standards. **

Could not have been easier. I was braced for a price 5x what I was actually charged. John even called the supply store and asked them to refund me part of my part cost when he found out that they over-charged me.
I've never called a plumber before, but this was incredibly easy and as close to pleasant as you can get while staring down a drain pipe.
