I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!

I've going to Durfey's for over a decade now. They are awesome, fast and good. You can't go wrong bringing your dry cleaning here. They will have it laundered, pressed and clean in no ti.e for you. Highly recommend.

It was my first time to use the dry cleaners. I dropped my stuff off on Wednesday. Picked it up Saturday morning. The pricing was very reasonable. They got all the neck stains out of my white shirts. Great Job! I will be back,
