We have gone through Cypress Metals for small manufacturing for 3 different batches. Each time the product has been satisfactory, but this last time we were missing 1/4 of our order and there were 21 pieces with powder-coating issues. We were left in the dark for an entire week while the team was out sick, then were told that the powder-coating was forgotten about. While it set us back with customers, we were understanding. When we picked up, knowing the coating was rushed, they told me that they were expecting a few pieces back due to them not being happy with the job. I have called 3 times. Each time I call I am told the person that I need to speak with is busy. I leave my phone number and never get a call back. My home has holiday lighting installed from Dynamite Lights and I would like help programming it. So far still no response. My advice would be to make sure you don't have any questions remaining before you pay the bill. Because after-sales support is nonexistent.
