Computer Comrades Business IT Only No Residential Repair

Mike helped me do some trouble shooting remotely; these people will treat you fairly, and not just try to maximize how much they can make off your tech troubles. Good guys, would happily hire them again!

Called them on a Saturday to fix my laptop and they sent somebody over to pick it up. Needed a component soldered back to the motherboard, which isn't a repair any other shop in the valley would take on. Repair took a week (not bad considering that I'm still waiting to hear back from support on whether they can send me the part). Totally professional, fast, reasonably priced, and they didn't use the repair as a pretext to sell me one of their builds. Will be my go-to in the future.

Mike came to my house to help set up my Dell Inspiron Desktop out of the box and was absolutely fantastic! He guided me through my end of the set up process and was very patient with me and I appreciate it very much. I highly enjoy my new desktop and Mike was great!
