I paid $517.00 for a "Deep Cleaning," to include the inside of the fridge, walls, base boards, and window sills for the kitchen, living room, short hallway, and one bedroom, two bathrooms. Except for the fridge, all they did was vacuuming, dusting, the two bathrooms. The Kitchen floor, counters, stovetop were all left dirty. The estimate was $420.00, but I was charged $517.00. There were also streaks left on the walls, cobwebs, dirt on baseboards. I texted them and sent pictures and the excuse was "they didn't have time to finish." So, WHY was I charged Extra? ?? (They had No answer to that). And just how much More was I supposed to pay them to Finish? Their website says they are the best cleaning service in Salt Lake. NOT TRUE. I Have paid Much Less for a Much Better job. Nothing on their website nor what I was told turned out to be true. (We will clean all surfaces)

I've been using this cleaner for a year for a twice-monthly residential cleaning and I love them. Great value, for the care detail and thorough service provided for my ever-busier home. The communication pre-visit plus the sanitizing services provided seem complete and well-thought out and give me so much confidence about continuing my service. I would highly recommend to anyone!
