“Atlas is a small barbershop tucked into the upstairs portion of Big Deluxe Tattoo. Finding the place is the most challenging part. Easiest thing to do is check in with the tattoo front desk folks (super nice people) and they will point you to the staircase. The shop is filled with Knick knacks and items showing a range of barbershops over the years. There's an old school candy machine if you've got kids or feeling just young at heart. Adam is the owner and his cuts are superb. My hair is not easy to cut and he does it perfect every time (even the does the sharpest fade I've had in a while).“

“Roo is the best. I had an issue that needed to be dealt with, and she sat me down, and we figured it out. I'm not sure that many people could do that. I'm a cantankerous person, and she calmed me down and made me feel welcome. She gives a great haircut, as I referred my Mamma to her and she was very happy with her haircut. I get the sides and back of my head straight razered, and it's always what I expect from an expert barber. I shopped around the area. Got a few different shaves. This is where I'll keep going. “I’m originally from NYC and had one barber for 7 yrs, for me is very important as the barber to have your cut fresh. Took me at least four barbers and all failed in my category, now at Jae’s is the spot you want to be at always have music playing, the barbers are very polite, and clean and also protecting themselves from this Covid-19, checking temperature and having you sanitized, oh face mask is a must. But my barber is one unique lady yes that’s right I said lady she is amazing fell in love the way she cuts and asks you if there’s anything else to adjust before she goes to the next step of the cutting process. For me she’s very kind, beautiful person and I think I saw correctly her sweats are from the Lakers and I’m a big fan of the Los Angeles Lakers.
