First impression was very nice. Rashelle has a therapy room in a professional office space with a well-appointed reception area. She did a fantastic job of listening to me and diagnosing my troublesome shoulder. Her treatment yielded great results and I am excited to go back for more healing!
Just left my first appointment with Rashelle. She was amazing. She asked if there were any areas that I wanted her to focus on and I mentioned having shoulder impingement issues. She brought great relief to the area with her concentrated focus. She applied deep pressure and it helped to release much built up tension and pain. Additionally, she has a kind and healing energy and a very comforting presence. I would rate the experience as a 20/10 and look forward to my next session with her.
Rashelle was very professional and knowledgeable. She addressed my problems as well as helping other problematic areas that I didn't know needed help. Even hours after receiving the Hendrickson technique, I could feel my body releasing tension and gaining mobility. I highly recommend her and this technique for anyone dealing with stiffness and pain, or if you're looking for something that is different from a massage that will still give you the help you need.Not to mention the space was clean and professional. I am definitely going back.
