I was referred to this company for service on my air conditioner and had read the reviews and wasn’t feeling very confident with them. When the technician arrived I told him I wasn’t pleased with all the negative reviews. He introduced himself (Tony) and explained he was now the new owner and he had laid off all of the technicians that had worked with this company. He was doing all of the repairs himself until he could find well qualified personnel. He was right on time 11am on Monday. Determined what the problem was and submitted his recommendation to Choice before he left my home. The technician was great. Not only did he fix what he came to do, he was willing to look at a couple other issues and advise me what needed to be done to take care of the issue. He would have even done one of them if he’d had the needed part. Really went above and beyond. I will definitely use this company again.Service: Toilet repair

Had used another contractor without great results. Technician was great. Quick, knowledgeable and honest. Totally debunked what the other contractor had said regarding ordering a $600 part for our refrigerator. He merely change the settings . . . . and . . . . everything was fine!Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair
