Myself and my fiance have been going here and dealing with Jim for almost 10 years, and will not be returning thanks to the treatment by the receptionist that gives unwarranted attitude.My fiance had called in early December and left messages to get appointments scheduled because she's always really stressed about tax season. She continued to call through February at multiple times and days. No one ever returned any of her many calls and voicemails. It actually took both of us to call until we got a response. Weeks of calling. when we finally got ahold of someone the receptionist gave us a major attitude chastising us that "Jim has another job too you know". The 2 stars...read full review

When it was KR and Jim Colby it was awesome. The appointment scheduling program is flat out terrible and you cant get ahold of a live person now that it is Stone and assoc. You physically walk into there office in early December and the guy working tells you to call the phone to schedule. Year after year returning customer finally gets a best case scenario for an appointment 4.5 months out. Sad Sad Day! Just received a call back from the secretary stating we can get you in on February. sorry i have made an appointment elsewhere. " Well I tried " Slam-Hanging the phone up. Think the scheduler is just a tad bit grouchy!
