From the start, they were very easy to work with, and Laurie was very communicative as to exact scope of work, how scheduling would be done, and who to expect would be in our home. “John came out on a Saturday, within an hour of us calling. He was quick to help us figure out where our leak was coming from. He gave us his bid to do the work, which we thought was a great deal. He did all the work to open the wall and remove all the wet insulation and carpet. Then he hauled it all away! John also helped us navigate the situation while exploring several possibilities for resolution as we weren’t sure if insurance would cover it.John was awesome!“
