I couldn't imagine having gone through the process of buying our first home, without Travis. It was one of those experiences where you're constantly questioning how you are so lucky, and you're in aw with gratitude for all the hardwork and dedication involved. Travis knows what he is doing, he had our back, and made it happen!
Travis was absolutely amazing to work with when my husband and I were buying our first house. We looked at so many homes and put in 6 offers, with the last one finally being accepted. Travis was able to help us negotiate with the sellers on our home to help pay for closing costs - we were able to buy down our interest rate to 5.75% (July 2023 when interest got to 7%). Travis is the utmost professional in his field. He is beyond knowledgeable and shows he has been at this for some time. His extensive knowledge shows his years of experience that few in his field posses. His service is second to none and he works very hard to assist his clients set realistic expectations. I would recommend Travis to any and all. When someone says they know a realtor I always reply with "mine is better". Having Tavis as your realtor is like having Tom Brady as your quarterback.
