I would start by saying, I have gone to the gym terribly inconsistently for at least 6 years.. I would go with a dream of better health- with a world of workout options I didn’t understand with no sense direction- and no way to gauge my progress. Inevitably I would give up feeling like “the gym isn’t for me” I have been at hitfit for 7 weeks. I have gone 4-6 days a week every single one of them and look forward to getting there in the morning. Having the guidance of the trainer is so HUGE! I previously would wonder if i was doing things right to avoid injury. Jimmy has a great eye for form and front to back body balance. His input through my workouts has been GOLD! I am a massage therapist, being pain free and mobile are a huge priority for me. The gym concept is really cool- however it is the trainer makes it different in a very meaningful way. I highly suggest HitFit.. in 7 weeks I am down 6.5% body fat.. I’m blown away! Consistency and an amazing teacher have proven to be a winning combination for me. I’m looking forward to keeping with it! Also Dexa Scan in Murray is a great way to gauge where you at and how to measure your physical changes VERY accurately. If you want some motivation- go there to get it!
