After calling around to five different clinics, we finally were accepted (and referred by a different pediatric optometrist that wouldn’t see my 2 yr old?) to Cornerstone. Dr. Howells was just about to leave the office but stayed so we could be seen. We live about 25-30 mins away too. Talk about nice! He was so kind to all of my kids and me. He explained everything clearly and my 2 yr old was not nervous at all putting his face to the slit lamp so Dr. Howells could look at the abrasion or placing ointment in his eye. He made him feel very comfortable. I really appreciated it. Dr. Howells even brought some artificial tear samples out to my car when I was buckling all the kids. THIS is bedside manners (or car side manners lol).
