Then my own dress and same expectations, they handled with care cleaned the dresses amazingly and set realistic expectations. “I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!“

Recently, I had a suit dry cleaned to wear at a wedding out of state. Some mistakes in the cleaning process made the suit unwearable for the wedding. I returned to Mr Dry Cleaners with the suit voicing my frustration and disappointment. Kim Le made everything right and personally delivered the suit to my door the next day. I was disarmed by her willingness to quickly correct their mistakes and insure my satisfaction. They went far beyond my expectations in resolving this problem. To say that I am pleased with their service is an understatement. Lesson learned: When a business makes a mistake, give them an opportunity to correct it. That is when quality and integrity can shine through. I highly recommend this establishment.“

“I went here once before and brought a blazer and a sequin floor length dress, she altered the blazer by taking out the shoulder pads and dry cleaned that with the dress. I paid I think $160 for everything which was great for me! YESTERDAY I took in ONE Aries’s dress chiffon material floor length. She quoted me $169 and then $90!!! I took it to another place for $25.

“Thirty years ago next month I brought this bridal gown to Henrie’s for cleaning and preservation treatment. It was placed in a beautiful white box with a clear plastic window for display, and sealed closed with white duct tape. I’ve been able to admire the bodice through the window over the years, which they carefully stuffed with acid-free tissue so I could remember my girlish figure ?, but until today I have never broken the seal. I always wondered if the terrible black stains on the hem of the dress (incurred from a long wedding day) came out, or if the cost of preserving the dress was worth it. I am posting this review to share the utter delight I feel to discover this beautiful white gown without a stain on the hem, or anywhere else, thirty years later. Job well done, Henrie’s. My daughter is getting married in October. She is not wearing my dress, but chances are we will be bringing both dresses to you for your stellar service.

The pricing online isn't the easiest to understand, but it wasn't that expensive. I took my husband's military dress uniform, with about 9 pieces total, and it was around 85$ which is not a bad price

The front desk lady that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable. The turn around time was also so quick! I dropped off Tuesday and picked it up Thursday.
