Despite the fact that it was the first half of Super Bowl LVII 2023, Dr. Richey selflessly sacrificed his personal time and family commitments to perform an emergency extraction on my severely affected teeth.

Four days prior, he had already accommodated me with a "same-day appointment" for a root canal procedure in an effort to preserve the affected tooth. However, despite multiple attempts to manage the pain with painkillers and anti-inflammatory medications, the discomfort persisted. Consequently, I reached out to Dr. Richey with the hope of scheduling an appointment for the following Monday.

Remarkably, Dr. Richey went above and beyond by providing immediate emergency service during the first half of the Super Bowl. He skillfully extracted the problematic tooth and performed a bone graft, alleviating my pain and addressing the underlying issue.

The office staff was extremely friendly and patient with getting everything sorted and filled out as a new patient. The dental staff was amazing with my toddler and so welcoming and not forceful or intimidating. They did amazing helping my toddler feel comfortable and were so gentle. I was treated by him again a few weeks ago and he (and with the assistance of a very skilled dental technician) prepared and later placed a crown on one of my teeth. The pain I felt was absolutely ZERO, I felt NO pain at all, not even the tip of the needle penetrating my gums when injecting the novocaine. While working on my tooth, I was so comfortable I almost feel asleep. That was a new experience for me, as since my early childhood I never favored going to the dentist!
