I love it here. I love the variety of classes and modalities. Also love that they don't pressure you to buy a specific type of membership, I personally get the 20x classes as that works best for my schedule!
Dennis is a wonderful instructor, with great flows. It is obvious he cares deeply and enjoys helping others on the mat. Definitely worth waking early for practice with him and my day is always better for the effort. Thank you for making your classes available via zoom! Mary
Breathe has a variety of great instructors that teach all experience levels from beginner to advanced yogi's. Everyone gets a challenge and an opportunity to develop their practice.
