As an introvert who knows I should exercise more and frequently starts workout plans, going to any gym has always been difficult for me. Other things are easy to prioritize and the crowd can be intimidating. I had tried hot yoga previously and while I enjoyed the exercise itself, the cost combined with a room full of people and an instructor was not for me. HotWorks turned out to be the perfect balance. The small sauna rooms and virtual instructors provide much needed privacy and reduce the social pressure. Having 24/7 access to workout when it's most convenient makes going to the gym frequently possible as a working mom and paying $60/month for a minimum of 90 days has actually been a good motivator to me keep going. This setup is likely not for everyone, but is more cost effective and works better with my hectic schedule than other hot yoga alternatives. Plus, as long as I keep up on my water, the workouts make me feel satisfied and energized. I am proud to say I have been going 3x per week for the past month! #smallvictories

I can't thank Eric and the DogFather Groomery enough for how patient, kind and helpful they have been to my Bernedoodle, Dodger. He was such a hard puppy. Several groomers turned him away. I was referred to Eric when Dodger was 2 years old. I worked with several trainers and my vet to help with his anxiety. During this time I was referred to Eric and he was so so patient with Dodger, encouraging and kind to me. He was a lifesaver at this time! We finally found a trainer that helped turn things around for Dodger and now he is a completely different dog and he adores Eric. Thank you DogFather Groomery for not giving up on Dodger Dodgerson! I will always be so grateful.

After losing my business,husband,house, and dogs in Charlotte, NC, I had to move to where my family resides here in Utah for support and help.
For 5 months, I let myself go and felt like I was ugly and old, basically a defeatist
I got a job that may lead to a new career, and i wanted to shed off my look for a new start in life. Not having great experiences as of late, i was hesitant to even get my hair done because it would be a miracle if I could change my look to the point that I actually felt good again.
LvlUp found a way to get me in for an appointment before the start date of my new job.
My stylist was Meagan Schern, made me feel comfortable and heard. She looked at my knappy hair and the greys poking out, a m do together we made a plan.
I put my trust in her, and that was the best decision.
She listened to what i wanted and used her Mad Skills and went to work on my travesty.
Two and a half hours later, that actually flew by, i was looking in the mirror seeing a new beautiful person, who looked much younger.
I couldn't hold back the tears of happiness!
It was the first time in a long time that i looked in the mirror and liked what i saw.
The whole salon was vested in my journey, and it made the whole experience the best one of my life as well as one that i truly needed to move forward.
I thank Meagan for her amazing talents and the whole staff with all my heart.
I will be a client for life!

Usually this place does just fine with what I need, but I’ve found that they’ve cut back on standards a little. Some are incapable of listening to directions, and even cut very inconsistent. Maybe more training needs to be done, because my last 3-4 times have not been nice. But I give it 4 stars because they were good in the past!
Love getting my hair done here, the atmosphere is pleasant, the hair dressers are conversational, it's clean, and roomy. I would definitely recommend this place

Bit of a shame. I booked an appointment through their booking site for Wednesday, almost a full week out. Came to Google to route to the address, just to find out they are closed on Wednesdays. Obviously, I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone.
Seems like a promising shop, but I am disappointed that I'll need to get my haircut elsewhere. To owner: Please correct your scheduling system to match your shop's working hours.

They offer a monthly membership for unlimited cuts. The difference here is all the barbers are very skilled. You can’t go wrong with any of the guys.
Stylist: Luis- he was meticulous in getting my hair perfect. He did a great fade and gave me suggestions. He didn’t speak English but we communicated through Google translate so no issues.
If hair wash, hot towel, and some other services are not important to you , I highly recommend Todd's Barbershop when you need a haircut or trim. Todd's is not luxurious but his alacrity more than compensates if you're just desiring a haircut! I especially appreciate how quickly he can provide a very good haircut at a very good price! I'm older without abundant hair so he is especially quick with me, usually less than 15 minutes! He is most busy Mon-Tuesday and Saturday. However, Wednesday -Friday, I have never waited more than 15 min, usually able to be attended too immediately. He does not wash the hair before or after, nor does he provide a hot towel. However, for me, the quality and efficiency more than compensate for these unnecessary services. He presently charges $17.00. He also strongly prefers exact cash payment, but can accept credit card payment for an additional charge.

John did my nails, and he was fantastic! My friend recommended this place and I'm so glad I came here. John listened carefully to everything I said and was meticulous in his care for my (naturally thin) nails. The color I wanted wasn't easily found in the example colors they had, so he searched through multiple books until he found the right color. He was so kind and easy to talk to as well. If I lived nearby, this would be my regular place!

This is the second time I’ve been to Zen’s in Riverton. The nail artist that does mine nails, her name is Jenny, and she just moved here from San Diego. She does an amazing job! The last design she did on my nails was an almond shape with a French manicure, and she put chrome on top. They look fabulous.
My daughter got her first nails here and they were so kind to her and her nails are gorgeous. We love them so much.

Got my flat (inner conch) pierced today by Ciara and it was a great experience. She’s SO nice and very knowledgeable. I wanted to make sure this piercing would work for my ear (yes, not all piercings work on all ears) and she was positive it would. She was right! It’s a clean place and she’s very good at explaining her procedures. Whether your first or 10th, I highly recommend you go here.

I’ve been coming here for some time now, thought I would let smoked out what I think of them. What ever the occasion is, get together, huge party, kicked back. They always have the latest product and never see the same thing again. If you missed your chance just hope it will be back one day. Hookah has been my favorite besides the disposables. Nice staff clean and open.
I had a great experience with Craig in Riverton. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed carpet thought out my whole house, also had a time limit. He was able to make that happen with no extra cost.
The three installers came early and worked hard all day. Craig called to follow up on how it was going. He also checked at the end of the day.
I was very impressed with Craig.

Despite the fact that it was the first half of Super Bowl LVII 2023, Dr. Richey selflessly sacrificed his personal time and family commitments to perform an emergency extraction on my severely affected teeth.
I am profoundly indebted to Dr. Richey for his compassionate and prompt attention to my dental emergency. Four days prior, he had already accommodated me with a "same-day appointment" for a root canal procedure in an effort to preserve the affected tooth. However, despite multiple attempts to manage the pain with painkillers and anti-inflammatory medications, the discomfort persisted. Consequently, I reached out to Dr. Richey with the hope of scheduling an appointment for the following Monday.

Dr. Black was very educational and identified some potential problems in my neck. the clinic was also able to provide relief on my sciatic. I’ve used a tense unit for the last year or so and there soundwave seems to have done the trick. I’ve never felt relief on my sciatic until now so thank you.

He used his shock wave on me and helped my hamstring heal! We worked on my sciatica he wasn’t afraid to say, you are past what I can do for you! Go get an MRI which is what I did and he was right. I needed back surgery! But his shockwave machine os hands down better than any stem treatment anywhere!

I’ve been taking my cats here since 2020 and now have all my family and some coworkers going here too. I primarily see Dr. Albergo and Dr. Ingraham and love them both! They’ve been there with us through a lot. When it was time to say goodbye to our eldest in 2021, in dealing with my neurotic youngest, and in all the ups and downs of my diabetic middle child the last 4 years. They understand his case and work collaboratively within their own practice to treat him, as well as with specialists at MedVet, Blue Pearl, and AVC to best manage his very complicated case. They demonstrate care for me and do their best to help me manage the costs of his care. They communicate well with me and the specialists across the valley who also support his case. I love Riverton Veterinary and am deeply grateful for them and the care they give my whole family, furry and non-furry!
