I was super impressed that even though they gave us the normal 2-hour block, our tech, Kylin, called me about 30 minutes before our block started and said he was on his way. “I cannot speak any more highly than this, Jay and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, at the cost they said. We are over the moon happy with the pipe blasting they did to replace our main sewer line.Our particular repair was extremely difficult, the main sewer line that needed to be replaced is 17 feet under ground, yet Jay was able to excavate a small area and successfully replace our main sewer line.Good bye sewer ejector pump and hello gravity!!!!
