I recently won a free hour-long massage from the Provo Library, so naturally, I cashed that in yesterday at Wasatch Therapeutic Massage. Allison, the owner, is fantastic. From the moment I called to ask a few questions--like how it would work since I'm in a wheelchair--she was super friendly and accommodating. She paired me with the perfect therapist, Katelyn, who was nothing short of amazing. When I arrived, Katelyn was outside waiting to greet me. Talk about service! Rose and Afton were incredible! We came in from out of town and had an an hour massage. They were fantastic and we only wish we lived closer that we could go all the time! One of the best massages my hubby and I have ever had. I was in heaven!
I've been going here regularly for a year and a half. The prices are affordable and the vibes and environment are very good. I always feel comfortable when I've gone in for massage or Reiki and have worked with 3 or 4 different providers. I do think going in for more specialized massage like lymphatic (Afton is awesome with this) craniosacral/Reiki/energy work (really appreciate Billie Jean and Cheyenne) is where they thrive. A relaxing deep tissue massage may be hit or miss and you can hear what's going on in the halls and waiting room, so the facility could be improved there.
