One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with on any level. They promise CNAs but they never show up and it takes them months to find them. Look at all these reviews from employees that they need to put on here just to have a decent star rating. Customer ratings are the only things that matter. They have every excuse in the world to not get you help when other companies don't have a problem finding CNAs. Use ANYONE ELSE if you have a choice.

Poor service, they never have anyone to care for my family member. They don't let you know of changes and they don't listen to the client about the service that is being given! Not recommending this company!

I like working for Stonebridge in alot of ways they seem to have better benefits than the last company but I'm a little frustrated that the training wasn't as good as it should have been I realize it is alot of work to transfer from one company to another but the training should have been better. Also I have been working between Stonebridge and caring hand for 8 yrs and asked for a raise because the cost of living keeps going up and I am a single lady trying to make do and the told me the wage I was at was as high as I could get for being a caregiver without a CNA licence . It is not that I would not want to be a CNA because I would if I had the time to go take the course...read full review
