I started with side burns but since then I have also gotten upper lip (which they told me from get go that upper lip will eventually come back cuz it’s the one area that’s impossible to completely laser remove), chin and brows. They always check for how bad the pain is, and are flexible with schedule where you can do during the day or the evenings. And I can text them if I need to reschedule (before 24 hrs) and they’re great for getting back to me!
