This place did a good job with vaccinations. However, they charged us 15$ for a nail trim along with her vaccination appointment and ended up cutting my puppy's nails too close to the quick, to the point that she was bleeding a little bit on 3 of her paws. When I asked for a refund, they refused and said it wasn't their fault because my puppy was squirming. Fortunately she is fine, but I wouldn't recommend getting your pup's nails trimmed by the vet techs here!

My baby never yelped or got scared. I was very grateful. Since it was his first visit I had to pay for the shots plus an office visit which was more than I had anticipated, hence 4 stars. The reason I changed it to 5 was because I saw on a Facebook post from a labrador rescue that I follow that they were able to squeeze a very injured... read full review
