I was very pleased with My Buddy the Plumber. Robert, the technician who drove all the way down from Ogden to our place in Provo, arrived at exactly the time promised and was so pleasant. He did exactly what I wanted: he provided a temporary fix for our outdoor antifreeze faucet that made a terrible, loud, vibrating noise every time we turned the faucet on. We had two identical faucets -- and simply exchanging the stem between them solved the vibration problem. Being a DIY-er, I wanted to save money by completing the repair later by myself, which I was able to do for both faucets. I would gladly recommend My Buddy for plumbing repairs!Service: Faucet repair
My Buddy the Plumber is awesome. We had a water line to our apartment building break during construction in the parking lot. My Buddy the Plumber came promptly after we called them and explained the situation. They gave us a very reasonable priced quote within an hour or two of visiting the site. They were able to come the next day and said they would have the water back on so the tenants wouldn’t have to go without water for very long, when other companies told us we’d be out of water for a week or more. Really good plumbing company that we will definitely use again in the future. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
