I know that most people hate tow companies so you rarely hear about the positives. But I have to give 5 stars to this Lone Star company. The people I interfaced with there are really good, honest, people that care about others. They were professional, know their business well, are friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to make the best possible results for everyone involved. I really appreciate that this company has this caliber of people. If needing to deal with a Tow Company, THIS is definitely company you want. They are bookmarked on my list now with a Thumbs Up! Called Lonestar to remove vehicles and trailers from our company’s property and spoke with Todd who took the time to answer all my questions. Todd emailed the necessary paperwork to me and worked quickly to remove these items from our property. 5 star service!
