I took my Brother printer in to be evaluated/repaired and this business was honest with me and told me it wasn't worth the repair charges, and that there were no costs for the evaluation. Very nice staff and a wonderful experience!

Excellent service! I went to have my home printer repaired all the way from north Salt Lake as they were the only ones willing to work on small printers. They were able to fix the issue in less than half an hour, as they were willing to help me so I didn’t have to drive back. It was a minor repair and they didn’t even charge me. Worth the drive.
