terrible experience!!! laid on the table waiting for 40 minutes. spent 5 minutes with me and we were done. A total waste of 2 weeks of therapy. I honestly couldn't believe service could be this terrible. Finally left and now receiving excellent care and progressing well.
*Billing Issues and Communication Concerns* While the physical therapy services provided here are excellent and the staff is friendly, I have experienced significant issues with billing. Be cautious and always confirm the details of your charges for each appointment, and make sure to document what you are told. I had an unexpected lapse in coverage that I didn't notice until my second appointment. After reinstating my insurance, I was assured that everything would be covered and made my copayment without concern. However, starting in November 2021, I was unexpectedly billed for uncovered appointments. I paid the debt and was assured that my account was settled and that insurance would cover the remaining costs. Despite this, in April 2022, I received a bill for $148 related to the same issue. I debated this charge but ultimately paid it to resolve the matter, receiving confirmation once again that my account was in good standing. In September 2022, I was billed over $400 for the same reason. I paid the amount and was again told that my account was clear. Overall, the physical therapy provided is commendable, but I strongly recommend verifying billing details carefully and keeping thorough records to avoid similar issues.
Went for my first appointment today, and was extremely disappointed. Waited a really long time to be seen. The therapist finally came in and told me they don't have a female today to do my testing that I needed so that I would need to come back in a different day. I am left, scratching my head why they scheduled me when they were clearly overbooked and did not even have a female staff member to work on me. I felt extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and money and sat there for over two hours, and finally had to leave. The therapist was nice and the tech was amazing. I just think they have scheduling issues there that need to be taken care of. People don't have time to sit in there and wait for hours, only to be told that the appropriate staff-isn't there for your type of an appointment! I am now debating if I want to go back for a second appointment or if I'm going to ask my doctor for a referral to a different physical therapy place
