We love the whole Georgetown Development team! Brandon and Michelle specifically are just the best people to work with!! They were essential is building our dream home and made every step of the process simple and easy. When designing our custom home they allowed us to voice our opinion on what we wanted but then used their expert knowledge to make it even better! They truly care about their clients and work tirelessly behind the scenes and always go above and beyond what a normal builder would do. We have been in our new home for 6 months, and couldn't be happier. We were first time home builders during COVID (after owning many 'existing' homes over the years), which made things challenging for Georgetown. However, the process was generally positive, and the end product terrific. Everyone at Georgetown was responsive to our questions, concerns, etc., from the front office, to drafting, to the owner. But I must give a special mention to the site supervisor and his team, who were amazing, accommodating, and responsive. We still have a few loose ends to tie up, but I am just as confident in the remaining 1% getting done with professionalism, as I have... read full review
