We have been in our new home for 6 months, and couldn't be happier. We were first time home builders during COVID (after owning many 'existing' homes over the years), which made things challenging for Georgetown. However, the process was generally positive, and the end product is terrific. Everyone at Georgetown was responsive to our questions, concerns, etc., from the front office, to drafting, to the owner. But I must give a special mention to the site supervisor and his team, who were amazing, accommodating, and responsive. We still have a few loose ends to tie up, but I am just as confident in the remaining 1% getting done with professionalism, as I have experienced it with the current 99% we are living in. Thank you, Georgetown!

I love to work with Georgetown Development. I am a licensed real estate broker and over the years I have sold dozens of their homes and townhomes. They are professionals, they do what they say they will do and they are easy to work with! The first unit I sold for Georgetown Development was in 1986 and I am still recommending them to my clients today. They have excellent prices and a great team of contractors and subcontractors who make the process smooth for us all. Thanks Georgetown!
