After confirming multiple times that they accepted my insurance and stressing the high level of pain I was in upon scheduling the appointment. I was incredibly disappointed after painfully carrying my son in his stroller up the stairs to be met with a frank we don't take your insurance so we won't be seeing you there's the door. My phone number was on file instead of having the professional curtacy to call so that I could find a different dr in that time or at the least knowing I have a baby assist in my struggle to get him ready and in the building.
