The reception and funeral service rooms at Berg Mortuary on Provo's Center Street I know well, largely as a result of attending many viewings and services (even speaking at some) there. The vague sense of someday using those spaces personally sharpened unexpectedly when my wife died. Her death at home brought an immediate response from paramedics and police officers. Kind, considerate, compassionate, thoughtful, helpful, understanding. Berg is everything that you could want in the mortuary handling a loved one's funeral. They went way out of their way to make things exactly the way we wanted it. We had a poem about tumbleweeds in the program. She went to a lot of work to find a beautiful picture of a tumbleweed to use as a background. Her thoughtfulness will never be forgotten! Thank you!
