Our technician Bryan showed up on time, we scheduled two homes, myself and my neighbors for dryer vent cleaning. Bryan is very professional, knowledgeble and I must say...patient. I had work meetings going on he waited patiently to be able to discuss my neighgbors vent so that I could explain things to her since she was not home at the time. Bryan was very helpful in unclogging our dryer vents and showing me the cause of the clogged vents. He also went above and beyond the job and retrieved all of the fallen laundry from behind the dryer. Highly recommend!

I received a text message as a reminder for the apt time and the service man, Bryan arrived right on the dot. Not only was he prompt, he was very detailed, friendly, and knowledgable.
