We had a flood in my upstairs bathroom that destroyed the bathroom floor and the bedroom floor with at least 2 inches of water in the basement. We had been gone all day and came home to water spraying out of the toilet hose. I called Restore Wizard immediately. Even though it was evening, they came over and started work. We first stopped the spray. And then they went to the basement and drained all the water which took a day. And they had dryers set up for three days to dry out the basement. The next day they came and started repairing everything. They are very professional. They are very detail oriented. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the people who performed the job. They sealed all around the wall boards so that if we have another water issue, it won’t go any further than the seal. The value added to my home is great. The floor is so pretty. Again, I can’t say enough how much we appreciate all that they did. Hope you never have a water issue but if you do, don’t hesitate to call these folks Restore Wizard
I've got a townhome that is a rental property. My Tenant called me and let me know that the main level bathroom had flooded the main level over night. I called Bob, and he had his guys over cleaning up the water very quickly. My Tenant and I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue, Dried up the water, and how friendly they where to her. I ended up having to replace the flooring. They provided me with lots of options for replacement. After I picked the product I wanted installed, they installed it in a timely manner after the product got it (we are in Vernal- lol).
