Timpanogos Vision Center - Pleasant Grove

Dr. King at Timpanogos Vision Center is great. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to figure out my particular situation. He talked me through all my options and helped me understand my treatment plan.And the front office staff was the best. They were courteous and efficient. They bent over backwards to accommodate my emergency and schedule. When I arrived they were so kind, I felt comfortable instantly.I’m really grateful I found Timpanogos Vision Center.

Let me say that most opthalmologists I have seen have little time or care in anything more than the sale. Numerous times this vision center and their team have bent over backwards to help me. My glasses, contacts and medical needs have always been their first concern. They have gotten me in in emergency visits with care and concern. The Dr.'s have taken the time to talk to me and advise me on every step. That backed with the staff (Kendra and Delaney) friendly and informative nature has made me a client for years to come.

I was looking for a new optometrist closer to home. Was greeted by staff in a friendly and professional manner and yet very personable as if there was a long standing patient relationship. Dr. Potts explained procedures along the way and helped me correct previous prescription issues. Yes, I will return.
