“In 2020, our daughter contracted Covid/Mono at the same time. For the next few years, we went to specialist after specialist who couldn’t give us answers. In 2023, she was officially diagnosed with POTS, post-Covid syndrome, EDS, neuropathy, and more. She had to stop attending school, was bedbound 20 hours a day, and by December of 2024 was using a wheelchair nearly full time. Our daughter was fading before our eyes and we were losing hope. Presley began treatment in January, and completed in March. She is doing phenomenal. It was like watching life return back into her eyes. No wheelchair anymore and planning for her FUTURE!! We will forever be grateful to Dr. Oliver and everyone that truly was committed to her healing. She wanted to share her experience in her own words to help those that may be struggling like she was:

“The first thing Dr. Oliver asked me when we began the appointment was if I had OCD tendencies. He had simply looked down at my nails and saw how badly I’d bitten them. That was enough to make me excited because no doctor had ever noticed such a thing before. When I got sick, I eventually had to stop going to school and had to give up my life as a normal kid. Five years passed and I’ve been manipulated and gaslit by more doctors than I could count. I could barely leave the house without a wheelchair and missed out on a lot of living I should’ve been able to experience. I began intensive treatment at the clinic in January for my POTS and Post-Covid, in addition to TMS for depression/anxiety and was set to be done in 6 weeks. Going from not leaving the house for five years to leaving the house and going to a clinic for two hours a day was a lot of work. It was stressful and I almost gave up multiple times. But because of the kind and supportive dynamic of everyone there, I was able to feel welcome and at peace with the techs who were working with me. TMS treatment brought back my emotions which had been dulled by the multiple medications I have been taking for years. Rebuilder and Indiba reduced the frequency and the severity of my pain and neuropathy. This isn’t a quick fix, and it’s going to be tough work. But truthfully, this saved my life!“

“Dr. Carroll has been my PCP for probably 18 years at this point. He’s a solid partner in my healthcare and is always open to discuss care options. He’s compassionate and honest and wants the best for his patients. His sincere concern and empathy has earned my patient loyalty. His MA, Pam, is amazing, considerate, and thorough. All of the staff at the clinic are dependable about getting messages to the doctor and both Dr. Carroll and Dr. Slack have been excellent at returning messages or filling prescriptions within a day or two. When Dr. Carroll has been out of office, I’ve found Dr. Slack to be very receptive and knowledgeable; willing to listen and help. Shelley Ebert, NP is also a fantastic resource and compliments the practice well.“

Not only is this place ran efficiently but if it takes a month to get in ( non emergency) they send you out for community care and cover the costs. The lab on site does amazing blood draws, the providers respond quickly over VA my health secure messaging , and I can feel welcome dropping by unannounced to speak to a provider about anything at anytime. I have always heard horror stories from the VA and I'm grateful I simply cannot relate. Thank you VA for helping veterans that need your help.“
