Even though our water heater was still under warranty, we decided to switch to a tankless water heater and find a new plumber. I was so glad we called Bert’s. Usually the installation for a tankless water heater is an all day thing so most plumbers weren’t able to fit us in for a while. But we told Bert’s about our situation and they figured out a way to send two plumbers to fix it that same day. They even charged us less than their estimate because they finished faster than anticipated. They seem to have more experience installing tankless water heaters than other plumbers we called which was reassuring. The person who answers the phone is so knowledgeable and helpful, which is a lifesaver when making a big decision quickly.“

“Want to thank Jeff for his outstanding job on my moms lower deck! It's still work in progress but it's already looking like a million dollars. We first hired Jeff to patch up the holes on ceiling from plumbing jobs. And he was reasonably priced and showed up on time and finish in the timeline as discussed. He ended with quality workmanship that we decided to have Jeff continue with the decks and doors. This is a pretty good size lower back deck and he first check if it's still structurally sound for refinish. His quote is reasonable once again and he takes time to replace the redwood we forgot it's what we have. All and all he is a great person to have helping beautifying my parents house. “My wife and I had saved up for a kitchen remodel, but spent several months trying to find a contractor that we felt good about working with. This was a major investment for us and we got bids and talked with a lot of people. We are so happy that we went with Pyne Renovations & Design --- Randy and Hayden Pyne were really good to work with! Everything that we wanted, they made happen, and on things that we weren't quite sure about they gave us expert guidance. They have a real eye for design! I had heard horror stories about remodels taking twice as long as expected or costing twice as much money. This was not the case with Pyne Renovations & Design - everything went very smoothly and they communicated with us very well about both costs and timelines. There were some tricky parts of the remodel (like redoing a window) that they really made perfect and we were so happy with it. I also want to add that there were lots of little touches that they did, that we did not even expect or ask for.
