Michael came out and actually fixed my furnace in under 30 min, rather than telling me it was a lost cause and that I needed all new equipment like the other company did. And for if I ever do need to get new equipment, ERS quoted me at less than half of what the other company was trying to rip me off with. Needless to say I’ll be going with ERS from now on.

The last wind storm damaged my roof so we removed the swamp cooler. it was time to add AC to my house. My heating system was from 1987. ERS came and installed a new heater and air conditioning. They did a great job. They had to install new ducts to improve the airflow from the second floor through the first floor and into the basement. It was a major job. It took a couple of days to get everything in and situated but when they were done it works amazing. It's still early in the year so we haven't needed to turn on AC yet but the heater is way quieter than it used to be and the house already feels like it is less drafty, more consistent in temp throughout. We loved our swamp cooler but I am so happy to not have to go on my roof any more. I highly recommend ERS. They had a friendly and hard working crew and their work looked really good when it was done.
