Dr. Jay Ipsen was truly amazing, my dog had gotten into an accident and he was quick, efficient, professional, and fair pricing wise. He fixed my girl up quickly and she is healing up nicely. The staff called with updates often, were very patient with my decision on what to do while in office. And checked on me constantly during the emergency visit to make sure I was okay. When we arrived they helped bring my girl in on a stretcher and gave me all of the information and tools to help her heal once surgery was complete. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and especially Dr. Ipsen. Thanks for helping my puppy.

PFPH is awesome!! Had an emergency with my cat, he was throwing up a concerning amount of times and it was at least a week long wait to get into pretty much every other facility I reached out to. PFPH was able to get me an appointment the same day I called! Staff was very kind & helpful. He ended up needing surgery that night to remove a huge wad of hair ties from his belly and was home by the following evening. He's been such a chill happy boy since! Pricing was VERY fair. Other places would charge an arm & a leg for the same emergency situation.

I love bringing my dogs here. Staff is always so friendly and courteous. I know that my dogs are in great hands. Doctor always explains everything in detail so I understand and everything is clear. Prices are fair.
