Unfortunately, our experience mirrored one of the other reviews: Apparently great at the initial consultation, but then an abrupt shift to little to no communication, no photos or videos, clinicians running late, and appointments getting shorter with no explanation. I did not like, either, how their list of recommendations included snake oil treatments. We trust experts to help us make decisions about our pets' care, and it's a violation of that trust to hype nonsense treatments. Great at first, communication good, they gave me a video and the doctor talked to me, however after I bought the punch pass, that was recommended, the communication stopped. The appointments got shorter and shorter. After four more appointments and zero communication, even after asking for feedback on how he was doing, I realized that the genuine care that I felt the first day was just to make the sell. Excellent care for my 14 yesr-old Samoyed with a damaged CCL. He could barely walk and was too old for surgery. After two months of weekly therapy, he is almost all of the way back. Thank you! Friendly and caring staff.
