The location is great and the rooms are spotless and well maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The range of amenities, both in room and on site, adds a real touch of convenience and luxury. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your visit memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect balance of comfort, service, and location.
I am on my first trip to Utah, where I saw so much of Park city and Salt Lake City. What a beautiful state. We stopped into the montage after driving to Snowbird, and seeing all the incredibly gorgeous snowcapped mountains. We only wanted to have a cocktail in the bar and were immediately greeted by the friendliest valet gentlemen, every single one of them greeted us with a smile, and looked directly at us, and looked genuinely happy that we were there. We helped ourselves, do some complementary strawberry lemon water, which was refreshing and delicious. We headed down to the bar where the hostess of the restaurant smiled and sent us in the right direction. The views are absolutely incredible and the menu looked tempting, but we had already eaten so a drink was all that was on the horizon. I ordered a lovely brut rosé. Abby was our server, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Freedman led us to our table and he was also a real pleasure to meet. The customer service of this establishment was overwhelmingly amazing; I wish we saw more of this, as we do travel quite a bit. We actually headed to Sundance afterward to see the beauty of that resort and to enjoy lunch at the foundry. Each person we dealt with there, unfortunately, was very indifferent, and basically the opposite of the montage customer service. The hostess could not even manage to smile. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend the montage. I would love to stay there and see the spa one day, but my experience on this trip was very positive.
Out of the way, perfectly nestled in the mountains of Deer Valley... a spot a lot of us don't see without snow... it's beautiful. Taste of Montage offered a great evening where all of that great food from their restaurants came outside to the deck... Perfect weather, great for the hounds and gives clear indication of what spots you'll be making reservations at. Great job guys!
