Front desk people are kind of rude. Getting a message to your provider is almost impossible. All calls get routed through AI and it's a nightmare getting to talk to a real person. Prescription refill requests can take weeks.

Good Luck scheduling an appointment with the specialty clinic. The scheduler sounds like she is in a closet and will not listen to you and wants to dictate the conversation. It was almost if she was trying to be the Dr. and decide what you did or did not need. I just wanted an appointment! Very frustrating.

This review is for Mary Veghte. She is amazing. I find her to be Patient, caring and informative. She explains the necessary procedures needed but does not push it on me. If not for her, I'd probably go somewhere else, as the front desk leaves alot to be desired. I'll ignore the rude condescending behavior from the front desk person in order to see a very good Dr!
