Got the best facial of my life by Steven who I can't recommend highly enough. He knows so much about skincare and I enjoyed every minute of our 80 minute facial. I got the upgrades he recommended including the oxygen Intraceuticals add on and everything felt amazing. The spa facilities are very clean, nice, and relaxing, as one would expect from a St. Regis spa. Didn't see much in the way of media posted about this place when I was looking for a spa place to book an appointment so I hope my review and pics/videos can help others make a decision to come seek out Steven for a phenomenal facial experience

DO NOT RECCOMEND: While they may have a nice facility, they completely fail when it comes to organization and booking services for guests. I was here for a corporate event and booked a massage for my scheduled activity for the day. Yay, spa day, right? WRONG. Even though my confirmation for my appointment made a month prior was for a massage, Remede booked me for a facial. There is no way this was my mistake, because I have rosacae and strict orders from my dermatologist to never get a facial. I am literally the last person attending my event who would book a facial.
