So grateful to have found Juliy. Her expertise, knowledge, warm and inviting studio has me leaving each session with great energy! She meets individual needs and goals and she’s a great source of inspiration!! I recommend her highly!
I do Pilates in NOLA and while on vacation was so lucky to find Julie. She is very knowledgeable and quickly determined what my normal rouine was and added some additional items to make things interesting . Thank you Julie. Hope to see you next year.
Everything about Juliy's studio is fabulous. I have a TBI with specific health needs. Her knowledge of Pilates and the healing sciences in general have helped me so much . . . mind, body and spirit. Highly recommended!
