“We engaged VF to construct the fence around our new home. They were very accommodating and worked around some of the landscaping delays. A week after the installation, one of the gates in the front of our home began to stick and would not close properly. Craig from VF came out made a few minor tweaks and it worked for a while. But we noticed at that time two of the posts were beginning to lean and once again the gate wouldn't stay closed. I called the Matt, the original salesman, and sent pictures of the problem. VF sent Craig out again to determine the cause and see if they could fix it without charging us. He determine the one post adjacent to the corner wall on the home had settled after the original install. ( ground next to the foundation had settled after the post was originally installed, due to compaction). Craig made several suggestions as to how it could be fixed and we agreed that bolting the one post directly to the house would probably be the best and lasting fix. He brought his tools out and in about an hour and a half with a couple of gate hinge adjustments the gate operates perfectly! Craig made this correction without any additional charges. We're very pleased with the install and repair and highly recommend VF Company if you're looking for a responsive and reputable fence contractor.“
“I initially contacted Chandler and his crew to fix a broken gate on my 28 year old fence. They replaced the gate with a new one, repaired a couple of some rotting posts, and did a complete staining. Fence now looks like new and is good for many more years. Very professional and wonderful to work with. Worked late into the evening to finish the job as they were really busy with other projects. Even came back at no additional charge to do some touchup on the stain. I highly recommend Alpine Fence and Deck.“
