Excellent service. Kylie is very knowledgeable and willing to offer expert advice and accommodate my requests. I was kept updated on status of progress and they completed a great product in a very timely manner exactly as agreed upon. The workmanship is of finest quality. I highly recommend Walker Monument.Update. I recently visited other companies to purchase a Headstone for my wife. I felt the most comfortable and welcomed at Walker Monument. I wanted my wife’s headstone to be perfect and for it to capture her life and our 45 years of memories together. Kylie and Kelsey were both amazing, their communication, suggestions and customer service skills were the best! They gave me all the information and help I needed to make this important decision.The other companies say they take 4-6 months for a completed and installed headstone. I can't say enough good about this place! Our first time needing a monument we went with a different company and they were horrible. Terrible customer service and the headstone looked mediocre. So when we needed another one we decided to look around and find the best place. The people at Walker Monument were so kind and SOOO easy to work with. They had competitive pricing and they got the headstone placed so quickly! I would 100% recommend them. 10/10.
