Maria is the best. I received the most amazing prenatal massage from her and she is so knowledgeable and skilled. It was hands down the best massage I’ve ever received. My sciatic pain has already improved and I cannot wait to go back.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was so kind and made sure you felt comfortable, and made sure you felt that there was open communication with the pressure and what was comfortable for you. It was so wonderful, I feel so relaxed.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Maria was incredibly intuitive and taught me breathing techniques to enhance my massage experience. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Can’t wait to go back!!

Seven Elements Massage and Wellness is dedicated to help its clients improve their lives by offering massage and related services to promote wellness and positive energy. We focus on providing the basic seven elements for a great massage and more. For each client we create custom experiences that address the specific needs at the time of their service. Seven Elements is a non-profit which gives its clients the opportunity to contribute to the wellness of women at women's shelters and supports the programs of Learning Research Development and Resources, both amazing non-profit organizations.
